Winter ’25 Class

The class series is 3 consecutive Saturdays 9:00AM to 12:00PM
Cost: SOLD OUT

This course is meant to familiarize “newbees” with the gear, terminology, pests, biology, lifecycle, etc. of honeybees. It’s a good crash course for novices. Due to the time of year, we won’t be opening any hives. However, if you want to start beekeeping next spring, this course should prepare you for that. Graduates of this course will also be made aware of some of the swarm catches Ginnie will be doing next spring and invited to tag along. Class needs 8 students to make, and is limited to a max of 10 students.
